WATER GEL Large 32 oz. jar. WATER GEL is used to make water effects easily! However water gel is used to create the ILLUSION of depth; not an actual depth! Apply for the illusion of depth, a turbulent surface and waterfalls. Dries to a semigloss clear finish. May be built up in layers. Dries permanent and waterproof. Thin with water. Color with Polymer Tint or acrylics. Apply topcoat of WATER GLOSS (PT0203) for water glisten. **Item will freeze.
