What are my limitations during sales promotions and program periods?
When a sale price or discount is offered, the discount
applies to the full retail price of an individual item. No other discounts or
multiple discounts will be applied. If an item is not available and is ordered
during the sales promotion we reserve the right to maintain the backorder and
the discounted price will still apply. In-other-words, a "rain check". Sale
prices and discounts do not apply to Gift Certificates, special orders,
previous orders and backordered items prior to the sale. Sales discounts do
not apply to shipping costs and shipping surcharges.
How Soon will My Order be Processed?
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
If every item ordered is available, and time permits before the close of the
business day, every effort will be made to ship your order the same day!
If we are not able to fill your order entirely, the item not in stock will be backordered (if not expected in a reasonable time) and order will be shipped.
However, if the item not available is expected in a reasonable length of time, the order will be held until said item is received.
How Much will My Domestic Shipping Cost be?
Most domestic USA orders are charged according to zone shipping.
Shipping charges begin at $10.99*
All packages originate from Delmont, Pennsylvania (Western PA). More distant zones such as western states and remote
rural areas shipping costs
will be slightly more.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be shipped via USPS at the lowest
rate with insurance. However,
heavy and oversized products will be assessed an additional $5.00 - $15.00 shipping surcharge per item.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs to reflect exceptional weight, volume and remote destinations.
*Smaller packages that qualify for First Class Package Rate shipping costs will be manually adjusted accordingly.

We have resumed International Shipping to selected countries: Canada, Great Britian, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Continetal Europe.
During this unprecedented time of pandemic, shipping restrictions on selected international destinations involving standard shipping means; US Postal, FedEx, DHL and UPS have become costly and unreliable.
What Happens to My Backordered Item that is Not in Supply?
The item on backorder will remain on backorder until the item is received or the customer calls to cancel. Once received,
backorders are processed and shipped immediately. No additional shipping charges will be added to backorders

Yes! The Scenic Express web site is a secured service. Your purchases are protected by the latest encrypting technology. Orders are processed twice weekly.
Will You Share My Personal Account Information?
