Detailed Description

O-SCALE FIRE HYDRANTS - 1:48 Scale. Three unpainted cast gray-tone resin. Measures approximately 5/8" H x 3/8" Diameter.   WEATHERING TIP: It really isn't hard! It just takes a little practice. Volumes have been written but actually making something look weathered takes just a few steps. First, paint the part a base color (usually the original color as if it was new). Second, brush a thin wash of 4oz. of denatured alcohol and a drop or two of india ink. Apply multiple coats for a darker look. (See India Ink EX0141). CLICK HERE!
