Bulk Fuel Storage Tank - 1:48 Perhaps one of our favorite and most useful details. It just fits anywhere! Terrific riveted seams and boilermaker techniques. Unpainted cast gray tone resin. Measures approximately 1¾"L x 7/8"Wx 7/8"H. WEATHERING TIP: It really isn't hard! It just takes a little practice. Volumes have been written but actually making something look weathered takes just a few steps. First, paint the part a base color (usually the original color as if it was new). Second, brush a thin wash of 4oz. of denatured alcohol and a drop or two of india ink. Apply multiple coats for a darker look. (See India Ink EX0141).
