High Climber a/k/a TreeTopper The Iconic LumberJack / High Climber or Tree Topper as they were known. The High Climbers job may have been the most spectacular in the backwoods...he would climb the tree selected for the logging company "spar", trim off the limbs and "top off" the tree all while hanging from a looped rope as the tree topples over the top of him to the ground. These guys are also Historically known as Tree Toppers or High Climbers
