HEATING OIL TANK 1:48 - Resin cast steel above ground tank on cinder block base. Gray tone resin casting. Measures approximately 1"L x 1/4"W x 1"H. WEATHERING TIP: It really isn't hard! It just takes a little practice. Volumes have been written but actually making something look weathered takes just a few steps. First, paint the part a base color (usually the original color as if it was new). Second, brush a thin wash of 4oz. of denatured alcohol and a drop or two of india ink. Apply multiple coats for a darker look. (See India Ink EX0141).
