Road System 'Smooth-It' is an easy way to build roads, parking lots, sidewalks or curbs on any surface. DIRECTIONS: After designing your road system, mix Smooth-It according to manufacturer's directions. Next, lay Paving Tape (WD1455) on edges to create a form. Even out and level the Smooth-It. Let dry 30 min. to 1 hour. Once dry Smooth-It can be sanded and painted with Asphalt (WD1453) or Concrete (WD1454). Approximate working time is 15 minutes. Approximate setting time is 20-30 minutes. 1 quart equals 26 feet of a 2-lane HO scale road.
