The kit features a one-story scribed wall section and a second story corrugated panel section, sitting atop a small pier for your waterfront. Structure footprint: 1.75" x 4.25"........with pier 1.75" x 6.25". Kit includes pier deck with precut piling holes, dowels and bracing for supports, metal details, Tichy plastic windows, laser cut walls, laser cut lettering stencil, roof cards and assembly instructions.
