Late Summer Tone X-Tall Multi-Layered Tufts 2mm - 12mm tall burnt green tone tufts. These are the tallest tufts made we offer. Martin Welberg begins with 2mm beige dry-grass and 2mm burnt green tufts representing the less healthy grass of the season. The short tufts are randomly clustered as to grow in patches and randomly placed on the backing sheet. Then to highlight the growth from last season he places patches of thick 12mm tall medium green grass and burnt green tone tall grass for high textural feel. To add drastic contrast to the texture, Welberg intersperse 12mm dry grass shafts throughout the taller tuft clusters. Like all of Welberg's tufts, they feature his stippled tufts of varying heights arranged randomly on a 5-3/4" x 8" sheet. Use tufts individually or in clusters.
